Please read before submitting the form below!

Due to our high volume of orders and small team. We changed our exchange/refund process, for the rest of the year to be more efficient so we can complete it quickly. 

We send store credit to the email on the order for the item(s) so you can use it to reorder the same item in a different size or a different style that may cost more or less, any extra shipping cost on the original order will be excluded as it was paid to the United States Postal Service to deliver it to you.

Your store credit will be issued when your item is received back after inspection.

If your requesting a refund on a product you purchased without a promo code, or on sale price (meaning you paid full price) you are eliable for full refund/exchange by store credit. If you do not want store credit there is a 50% restocking fee, plus a $9.99 fee for shipping if your order was shipped with free shipping.

You can find your order number in your email or text that was sent to you. DO NOT put a random order number.

If you purchased your item(s) while on sale or using a promo/discount code we don’t offer returns or exchanges, as those sales are final.

Our recent sales have made many orders final. If you purchased your order without a discount or not on sale then your order will be eligible for an exchange/return. Please click here to submit a support ticket under “Ask different questions”, with your order number.
